EFCC has arrested one Mr Marco Ramirez for allegedly duping three Nigerians under the pretense of investing and getting a Visa for them. 

An Ikeja high court remanded the suspect on Thursday at Kirikiri Maximum Prison. 
O. Aigboje, the EFCC prosecutor, claimed that the blamed, overseeing executive of three organizations – USA Now Plc., Eagleford Instalodge Group and USA Now Capital Group – commited the offenses between February 2013 and August 2013. 
Aigboje said Ramirez falsely got $545,000 from Godson Echejue to put resources into his organization, Eagleford Instalodge Group, with a specific end goal to secure an American green card (habitation allow) for him (Echejue). 
He additionally supposedly got $10,000 from Abubakar Umar through a non-existent speculation program in the US, which was charged to make Umar qualified to acquire an American identification. 
The EFCC additionally blamed Ramirez for unlawfully getting 10,000 dollars from one Olukayode Sodimu under the guise that the assets were help charges with the American movement administrations for an American green card. 
After Ramirez took his supplication, Aigboje asked for that he be taken from the care of EFCC to jail care.
