The police prosecutor, Inspector Habibu Danjuma, educated the court that when the blamed individual was solicited to name the implied sender from the message, he neglected to give a palatable record of the said data.

Danjuma stated, “The denounced individual was accused of one tally of manufacturing false proof, an offense that negated Section 156 of the Penal Code Law.”

The court did not take the supplication of the denounced individual.

In the wake of tuning in to Adamu, the managing judge, Chief Magistrate Japhet Maida, requested that the charged individual be remanded in jail guardianship.

The case was deferred till Tuesday, September 26.
