A group of Igbo pioneers under the aegis of the Alaigbo Development Forum (ADF) has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari and the Chief of Army Staff to court over the on-going military operation in the South-East, code-named ‘Python Dance II.’

The suit recorded at the Federal High Court, Enugu on Thursday Is requesting that the court arrange the prompt withdrawal of the warriors of the Nigerian Army in the South East of Nigeria on an operation for one month.

The suit which was documented by a group of seven legal counselors drove by Max Ozoaka looks for: “A presentation that the activity of the Defendants, particularly the first Defendant (Buhari), in getting out, operationally captivating or conveying the military of the Federation toward the south eastern piece of the nation is unlawful, illegal, invalid and void and of no impact at all.”
