The Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) brought by Musa Kida has expressed deep shock within the dying of Daniel Daudu, which happened throughout the weekend.
The previous Nigerian junior worldwide, who had been part of the junior D’Tigers towards the 2007 World U20 Championship in Serbia, was apparently wiped out within an accident whenever a truck transporting two trailers folded over on Indiana’s south side.
One of the trailers folded into the southbound lanes, striking the vehicle that the late Daniel was driving within the other direction and it was pronounced dead in the scene through the Indiana State Police trooper.
Reacting on account of the Nigeria basketball family, Kida described the situation resulting in the dying of the 28 years old who increased up in the Police College in Ikeja as shocking.
Based on the president, the sudden dying of the 2015 graduate of the College of Indiana leaves the NBBF troubled.
“It’s an unfortunate feeling to get rid of somebody so close regardless of age. Losing Daniel in the age of 28 and also the circumstance so it happened is one thing that leaves all of us in shock.

He stated the late Daniel who had been an associate of the Dodan Players team in the 2006 African Club Championship would be a people’s person along with a kind hearted man who had been prepared to help everyone around him.
The founder of Dodan Players Basketball Programme enjoined buddies and family people of the Daudus and also the entire basketball family to stay strong regardless of the cruelty and brevity of existence.
Existence has proven its cruel hands but we have to remain strong so that his legacies won’t go unsung. The world will miss you Daniel, but we take solace that you’re using the Lord. Rest in peace and catch yourself on the rebound,” Ahmedu concluded.
Meanwhile, players Representative around the NBBF board, Ejike Ugboaja alongside some US based national team players and basketball fans are going to visit the household of the deceased in Indiana.
